seems the only way i get in shape is by putting such things on the calendar and forcing myself to eat better and exercise more ...

last day of camp today... little flaco spent last four weeks at Valley Forge Military Academy.. Survival + Fitness camp... youngest in the Fitness camp at 13.. ran a mile pb of 5:23 this morning to be the fastest man at camp... going into 8th grade in the fall.

In regards to Windows, can your Win7 machine even handle Win 10?

my work laptop, hp something or other.. 3yrs old.. out of warranty.. upated to win10 - lost display driver. no known fix. no external displays. can't view ppt.

the 08 team will be better as a 9v9 team
and the 'extraordinary' 08s.. they do play elsewhere - we're secondary.
