Re: NBA Regular Season 2023-24 f./ NBA In-Season Tournament 2023-24
Everyone runs to point at Gobert and Beal, but Michael Porter, Jr. is a sleeper for "worst contract in the NBA". he's 25 and shoots 40% from 3 on a high volume. there are a bunch more contracts I'd put ahead of his By statistical production, he is an average or worse third-best player on ...

Re: MLB 2024
Javy Baez is north of the Mendoza Lina for what must be the first time in a year. I know his bat combined with his contract is the massive complaint of the fanbase, but he was north of .200 for almost the last 90% of last year. It feels worse because he has been so weak with the stick this season.

That Akron@RU Swampup is getting bigger. The kicker has officially graduated. Called last night on his drive home, in what has turned into a little tradition. He offered me the two tickets he gets and can possibly get extras off teammates on a first-come basis. Just something to keep in back of min...

The Boy just got notice this morning that he got into Rutgers Business School off the waitlist. So glad he already accepted at Rutgers (School of Arts and Sciences), otherwise he'd have to rescind an acceptance at another school and resubmit his commit announcement on his school's Instagram page. Re: NFL 2024 Offseason
I think you're vastly underrating the role of a quarterback when it comes to pressure rate in that message -- given the additions to the receiving corps (and Williams' strengths), I'd be willing to bet it's lower in 2024 The good news is, just like Fields, Williams also has a tendency to hold onto ...

One of the former Football Outsiders writers wrote at FTN that Justin Fields faced the highest pressure rate (41.1%) in the NFL among 36 QBs with a minimum of 200 pass plays. In addition to drafting Caleb Williams, the Bears released one starting lineman, traded for one reserve offensive lineman (19...

Also in the driveway is a car with a Syracuse tennis sticker and license plate holder on it, although it has a non-personalized plate.
Across the street is IBLEEDSU on a Volvo or some shit.

Been looking at Autotrader and Carmax, and occasionally Carvana (seems unlikely I'd use it though). Am I missing any other big listing sites? I strongly recommend Nate Jackson's piece from yesterday, "I Wish I’d Never Become The NFL Weed Guy". Jackson is a former NFL tight end with the Broncos who has written a couple books and his work has appeared on Defector and, prior to that, Deadspin, among other places.

Also, I really like Brunson's game. I probably missed it, but how could Dallas give him up -- was his game not compatible with Doncic's? More or less in that they are both players who need to have the ball in their hands to get the best out of them. In comparison, Kyrie is a better three-point shoo...

The reported repair time is 35 seconds... to attach the cover of the accelerator to the pedal so that it no longer slides out of place and gets caught in a seam of the car, locking the car in the fully accelerating position.
