Clearly step vs. stomp is a distinction that matters. The only part that pisses me off is if you look at the tape there's no way you can definitely say he did it on purpose since he was faced 180 degrees away from Rodgers. I think you need to be 100 percent sure to suspend someone for the playoffs....
