His TV schtick never caught on for me. but, back in the '80s, before his CNN gig, he was on late night radio (KOA out of Denver for me) and he was excellent. I was a regular listener.

So, if Japan cancels, are there other options? IE: Move location but have Olympics in 2021 elsewhere. Keep in Japan but move again to 2022. Cancel completely and prepare for 2024. It seems from reports it's cancel, but that seems so wrong for the athletes, who's window for competition is very short....

Re: Opioids
After my brain surgery I got a prescription for 50 hydrocodone (about a two-week supply if I took it at scheduled intervals, which I very much had to for the first 10 days. Your skull re-fusing itself back together is not a comfortable feeling). I was supposed to get 1 refill of 50 pills, but it to...
Re: Opioids
This is a serious problem. As a prescriber, I feel rules allow for too many pills to be prescribed at a time. It is not unusual for people with chronic pain or major surgeries to be given anywhere from 120-240 pills in 1 prescription. Why? Because the DEA doesn't allow for refills or phoned in presc...

Just back from Ryder Cup. WoW was that cool to be at! Reed supposedly said in the team room Saturday night: "I don't care where you put me, but I want that fucking Leprechaun!" Those first 8 holes were electric. Both fed off the crowd and yet had great sportsmanship with each other. Loved ...

This NDSU thing is getting silly. Just move up already. Like, past the Big Ten. They have a couple key issues. First is stadium capacity. Neither their FB (20,000) or BB (4,000) would be acceptable for a major D-I Conference. Second is cost of travel in all sports, including the women's sports woul...
