Re: Old Timey Music for Howard and DC

The bomb in the baby carriage was wired to the radio. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uy5T6s25XK4 My wife's family was very much into the country music and she wasn't exposed to music in other genres until later in life. I popped this in one of our early roadtrips and she was like "this is great!!"...

I went on a La Carre / Ludlum bender a few years ago. I'm more middle-aged now so I guess I should pick them up again. Also, have to find the Turtledove and Cornwell sections at the library I guess.

Bad snap, bad whatever could lead to a turnover and return. Teams will almost always run out the clock rather than try a FG in the best of weather.

Good point about the clutching and grabbing back then. But on the other hand, the forwards didn’t play much defense in the 1980s. Lots of 8-5 games back then.
Pads, and goaltenders, are a lot larger now too.

He also isn't getting the separation he once was, I guess he was working out while he was suspended and really bulked up so went from a deep guy to a possession guy. That said, wish we would've kept him as I'm not the biggest Dorsett guy and hard to rely solely on Edelman until Sanu gets up to speed.

I don't think it's especially egregious for a sitting President to skip on the funeral of a member of the House, even an especially powerful and tenured one like Cummings. As noted, his attendance could risk turning it into a sideshow, so just as well he didn't go. (I've been watching it on C-SPAN,...
