After I found some random message board's "Vinyl day!" thread a few years back I've periodically scoured around for new random places to find new shit to listen to . Came upon this today. Damn sweet. I came upon the academy sometime ago and bookmarked to delve deeper. Think I just found my...

There have been a lot of improvements in the Pi and the things that it can run. If you do make that "big investment" just google around for the latest version of xmbc/whatever and the instructions for it. The tutorials typically have step by step instructions for dummies, including all the...

Who's got the info on the ease of setting up a raspberry pi with plex and/or kodi/xbmc with all the bells and whistles? Apparently it's the hotness that barely anyone (mainstream) knows about that creates the best, free streaming media center ever. I've heard of raspberry pi before, but the other s...

Home of Happy Feet is still on, so tune in!
(I feel that way about Wilco, as well. Really like a few tunes, and the albums they did with Billy Bragg, but the rest sort of hits me as meh.)

My recollection is that it wasn't released because they organizer (?) or someone owed money to certain rights holders and those rights holders wouldn't release the film without money. Not exactly sure what the arrangement was, but it was a money issue of some sort.

I saw it on Sunday...I thought it was fun. Better than the Kickass movies. Hard to picture Colin Firth as an action hero guy but I think he did a fair job. I read somewhere he did 80% of his own stunts. A ton of fun. Every so often you see something that you haven't really seen in a movie before - ...

I'm not saying anything about the state of Dez's career. Ah yes having one ball slightly under inflated, that just happened to be in the possession of the other team, is entirely the fault of the Patriots. They should probably fold the franchise.
