I made this ramen tonight. It turned out pretty good in spite of my best attempts to mess it up across multiple fronts.

The vegan part of this is entirely optional, I used chicken broth and it was quite good.

Arcane on Netflix is very good. It was developed with the game League of Legends but knowing and/or liking LoL has nothing to do with the show. Strongly recommend.

Note: it's definitely not for young children, not that there are many of those in the swamp these days.
