Re: Movies
Saw Spiderman Far From Home last night. As an overall movie/plot I'd rank it in the middle of the whole Marvel series. One good thing about the plot was some misdirection...it is goes a very different direction than all of the articles that were written about the story line prior to the movies relea...

Re: The I need to buy a house thread
I got hit with ~$5,000 charge to tap into the village sewer line that the contractor did not know about. It was the cost the city charges to run the line from the street to the house. He had never built in our town before.

Re: The I need to buy a house thread
We are in the process of building a new house closer to town. We couldn't find anything we really liked. When the houses had what we wanted they were huge. So far we bought a lot and have a builder. Anyone ever build their own house? Trying to make sure you don't get screwed in some way seems impos...

Thanks...I was just looking at the Schlage smart locks. The wife says she doesn't want a connected one so just being able to use the keypad will be nice until I can convince her otherwise.

Looking for some advice on front door/deadbolt locks. The problem: My wife has given out over a half dozen keys to various friends/dog sitters to the point of being unable to keep track who has them so I would like to install a new lock on our front door. The parameters: Need to be able to give peop...

Do you remember the name of the place?Nonlinear FC wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 12:48 pm This may be an obvious point, especially if you've been there 2x already, but Vancouver is rumored to be the originator of the CA roll and it's where I had, by far, the best sushi of my life. Went to a place recommended in an article and it blew us away.

I echo what Sabo said. I've been through something similar; just admitting there is a problem is a big first step. The next is talking with with a medical professional you trust to figure out how to best address the problem. It worked wonders for me...not only helping me get through the problem but ...

I agree with AB. Keep the Jetta since it's still in fine shape and, as you say, fun to drive. Don't give up on something that's working well. I also would not count on the Envoy making 200K. From a service/quality standpoint they are all kind of the same. The only real difference tends to be price. I've found that there is usually one or two that are cheaper than the rest for any given airport. Unfortunately, IMO, Denver is a stupid and expensive place to rent a car because each company...

The feds want their money from taxes. Not sure they care about the parenting aspect except in the sense that it was the impetus of the fraud. I'm sure you're correct. Therefore I would contend that the problem isn't the Olivia Jade's of the world...it's the people that like/follow/watch her. Seems rough to call a bunch of teen and pre-teen girls "the real problem with the world". I don't think they are the "problem with the world." Elite coll...
