One of my favorite things about Red Rocks lore is that they refused to book rock bands for most of the 70s because of the behavior of fans at a Jethro Tull show. To much mead I suppose.

Make sure you add the water to the flour/fat in very small increments. The consistency takes crazy swings with just a bit of moisture.

Also mix the fat in less if you want a flakier crust.
