word of warning -- do not do a metal music ride anytime soon (lots of the standard 30-min classes are themed, there's a millennial instructor who does a lot of 90s/2000s indie/alt rock who consistently has good playlists, there are hip-hop rides, etc). I hadn't done one before and wanted a good 30 m...

then maybe the better term is mistake-free. he was 19-of-25 for 142 and a TD and had 9 carries for 54 and 2 before the Chiefs took the lead for good. and yeah, he was checking it down and throwing behind the LOS a lot. it felt like a concerted effort by the Chiefs to not get beat deep and make Buffa...

Well, the guy won the U.S. Amateur last year, so it’s not like he’s a schmuck who just got super lucky. Both Tiger and Jack have claimed they view their U.S. Amateur titles as being on par with winning a major. So I don’t think you can make any claims that this is due to watering down of the PGA To...

Wide right. Brutal. I was confident that if that went in, the Chiefs were scoring anyways. this is kinda where I was at. as soon as the third down pass fell incomplete - with the time on the clock and the situation, I figured the Chiefs were getting a field goal to win if not a TD this is controver...

Curious what this kind of work ran you. I had a paving/water diversion guy come out and suggested a dry well. Re: Home Repairs

the easiest fix in this case is that your sump isn't working and you just need to replace it and that solves the issue. I hope that's the play, anyway.

does your current one have a backup system/battery backup? it'd be rare if both pumps had failed if so.
