Wow, that article was soooo worth reading. The owner is selling the house because he needs more inventory space for his business. There is no way this guy is selling a fraction of the crap he has in there, why tie yourself down with more inventory?
Some guys set up a VR Chat walking through the house together with animal avatars. Technology is awesome.

Other than reading the ones posted in the swamp I stayed away today. Felt like it was all-consuming or nothing.

Wait you're going to tell me a politician might have those tendencies?

Or that the Mercers didn't think to hire better programmers to allow such an obvious exploit attempt? I mean, we could do this all day.

For some reason, I want to say I saw on twitter that a person would have to put in significant personal information (SSN comes to mind) to register for that service.
ETA: Many are saying it's just email/cell phone, but others are mentioning SSN, particularly for "influencers".

Brand new social media platform asking for my SS#? Sure, what could possibly go wrong?

So about that Parler...where conservatives are flocking to since they won't censor posts?
Anyone following the #sexytrumpgirl hashtag on Parler, a social media site increasingly popular with conservatives, got an eyeful one recent Thursday evening as images of topless women and links to hardcore pornography websites appeared at a rapid-fire rate, often more than one per minute.
The surge of #sexytrumpgirl posts highlighted a broader dilemma for Parler: The site’s lax moderation policies, in keeping with its claims to being a bastion of free speech, have helped it become a magnet for pornographers, escort services and online sex merchants using hashtags targeting conservatives, such as #keepamericasexy and #milfsfortrump2020.
Which could have been predicted by...oh, just about everyone.

Most of those users don't see it as a problem I'm guessing
Also, I'm back on the Rex Chapman bandwagon -- some of his recent shares have been wonderful.

I'm off of it...he was posting things done by a local Seattle Artist (Rudy Willingham) and not tagging him or giving him credit, even after being told "Hey...give Rudy Willingham credit!" multiple times.

Multiply that times almost every one of his tweets.

I think i heard pretty early on that he gets permission to use, but he certainly doesn't cite at all.

Every one of his videos has the name of the person it came from just under it. I'm not sure what people's problem with that is.
It does look like that credit doesn't come through in our embedded Tweets here though, which is odd.

Have others been experiencing this? When I go to read a post with an embedded tweet in it, it takes awhile for the tweet to load, now. That didn't used to be the case.
