My idiot kids ran in screaming that there was something wrong with my car. I went into the garage and my son said it looked like someone slashed my tires. I took a look, and there was a printed picture of Slash on the tire. Hilarious. I'm just impressed they know who Slash is. At least my son, there is no way my daughter knows.

You can only be young for awhile, but you can be immature forever.

Got my daughter today with the old “Saran wrap across the toilet” gag.

We had an actual funny aprils fool joke in my neighborhood this morning.

A little back story: About 3 years ago, the local grocery store closed, and the space has been vacant ever since. There's been lots of rumors over that time about what would be going in there, with most people hoping for a Trader Joes. About 2 weeks ago, a public notice went out for a plan to replace the entire block with 8 stories of condos/townhouses, with some commercial space and underground parking.

Anyways, someone put this out in front of the vacant store overnight.

Do you then re-use it for the version where you put saran wrap between two door jams?

I liked this one a couple of years ago.

Clearly only a gibbering idiot would have been fooled, but still fun.

Where I draw the line with April Fool's is when people say something that is completely plausible and then when you engage they do the AF thing and it's like.. That's only kind of funny, maybe, to one party in that exchange. You're not fooling by saying, I dunno, some old celebrity just died.

Stupid.

The worst I've ever experienced with that was in Washington (the state), but my sample size is kind of ridiculously small, so...

But, overall, I’ll go to my grave believing the very worst drivers are in New Mexico. Take your life in your hands every time you get in a car.

Co-sign. In all my years of traveling, I never encountered worse drivers than I did in Albuquerque. Not really sure why that's the case.

The road "test" to get your license is circling the entry road and three alley ways around the DMV. At least that what it was for me when I took my driver's test in ABQ (had let my license lapse as I had no car.) My buddy said he took the same "test" when he first took his test at 17.
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
