On Desus and Mero's podcast they do self intro AKAs. Mero does "Ben Barson" where he parodies this guy. It's pretty funny.

Edit:

Inside the White House’s Quiet Campaign to Create a Supreme Court Opening

Holy fuckballs.
The Supreme Court has almost always been a very political institution and it’s only in the last few decades that people have even tried to pretend otherwise. Also, it’s unfortunately not surprising that the Kennedys and Trumps (and Kushners and Clintons and Bloombergs, etc.) would run in the same professional and social circles given how increasingly elitist our society is becoming.

what if trumps whole presidency is just an attempt to be greater than reagan?

reagan says "mr gorbachev tear down that wall" so trump says let me tear down every wall between us and russia

reagan had star wars...trump pitches a whole space army

reagan was a tv and movie star that nailed a ton of women so trump grabs them by the pussy

reagan has reaganomics, so trump says trickle down will work super well if i get all the money for myself and trickle it down

its just a theory but the more i ponder it the more it makes sense to me

This is interesting enough on its own but adds more fuel to the fire that Russia is triangulating a plan to have the United States not respond/retaliate for a Russian invasion of Ukraine (the quid pro quo of which might be looking the other way at an American invasion of Iran).

Yeah, I wouldn't give the Post that kind of credit. They're owned by the Murdochs and carry a LOT of water for Trump.

Yup. Although they are both tabloids and have similar focuses, the Daily News is center-left editorially, while the Post is far right and routinely runs pro-Trump editorials. The Daily News ran my all-time favorite cover during the 2016 campaign:

The people who are being hurt the most financially by the Trump Crime Family are places that voted for Trump so enthusiastically like Kentucky for example, where tariffs are putting the brakes on the global bourbon boom.

As horrendous as Pruitt was for the mission of the EPA, I was starting to enjoy watching Trump supporters and Republicans in Congress speaking up and trashing Pruitt. He was the one Trump appointee even the MAGA media called out and called for Trump to fire. He was the biggest symbol of Trump's corruption, and even Trump stopped defending him (even said Pruitt "wasn't blameless" in all of the criticism he faced). Now, Trumpsters will either forget Pruitt's scandals, or hail Trump for having the courage to push Pruitt out after a mere 14 ethics investigations started against him, and countless additional scandals.

And the person replacing him will be just as terrible regarding the environment, but won't be so comically stupid about trying to milk the position for everything its worth.

God I Hope He Sees This

It's big, it's orange, and it's wearing a diaper. And now the blimp depicting President Trump as an infant with an iPhone in hand has permission from the mayor of London to fly over Parliament Square Garden when the U.S. leader visits London next week.

On Thursday, a spokesman for Mayor Sadiq Khan confirmed to The Washington Post that his office had granted permission for the blimp to take off, saying in an email that Khan “supports the right to peaceful protest and understands that this can take many different forms.”

Did anyone see Pruitt's resignation letter? Makes me want to vomit the way these morons kiss Trump's ass.
Mr. President, it has been an honor to serve you in the Cabinet as Administrator of the EPA. Truly, your confidence in me has blessed me personally and enabled me to advance your agenda beyond what anyone anticipated at the beginning of your Administration. Your courage, steadfastness and resolute commitment to get results for the American people, both with regard to improved environmental outcomes as well as historical regulatory reform, is in fact occurring at an unprecedented pace and I thank you for the opportunity to serve you and the American people in helping achieve those ends.

That is why it is hard for me to advise you I am stepping down as Administrator of the EPA effective as of July 6. It is extremely difficult for me to cease serving you in this role first because I count it a blessing to be serving you in any capacity, but also, because of the transformative work that is occurring. However, the unrelenting attacks on me personally, my family, are unprecedented and have taken a sizable toll on all of us.

My desire in service to you has always been to bless you as you make important decisions for the American people. I believe you are serving as President today because of God’s providence. I believe that same providence brought me into your service. I pray as I have served you that I have blessed you and enabled you to effectively lead the American people. Thank you again Mr. President for the honor of serving you and I wish you Godspeed in all that you put your hand to.

Your Faithful Friend,

Scott Pruitt

Potentially fascinating turn in the Michael Cohen saga. He just hired attorney and Lanny Davis to represent him. Lanny Davis is one of the biggest Clinton advisors, since his days as Bill's spin-master in the White House, and he was a personal attorney to Hillary. A lot of pundits are presuming Cohen brought in Davis to attack Trump or at least defend Cohen from Trump's personal attacks. Either way, it looks like a major signal that Cohen is ready to flip on Trump. Cohen broke the agreement to work with Trump's attorneys, and Cohen's interview with George Stephanopoulos was pretty shocking, and he flat out said he is putting his family and country before Trump. Let's get this moving!

At this point I'm not sure it matters. Even if there was audio with Trump conspiring with Putin to get himself elected and admitting to laundering billions in Russian oligarch money, 40 percent of the population would find a way to make an excuse for it.

Also, Lanny Davis is a hired gun to the extreme. Although he’s certainly a Clinton loyalist, he’s also worked for plenty of unsavory figures and I wouldn’t assume that Cohen is having a crisis of conscience here.
