Filming on the 21st - apparently, it won;t air until late June. Guess they're running tournaments in the meantime.

I'll hit you up for some recommendations. My wife is coming with me and we're going to make it a week-long holiday. Why not? It;s warm and even if I shit the bed, I'll still get $1,000 and a case of aleve!

We'll be staying in Culver City near the studio and Santa Monica (which is near my agent's office and a couple of meetings she's setting up for me. A couple meetings, and the whole trip is a write off!

I'm on an FB group for Jeopardy contestants where we have a strict rule on ragging on contestants, and even we relaxed it after that debacle.

To be fair, sports categories can be like that - sure you may pick up that Tom Landry = Cowboys even if you've never watched a game in your life but "offsetting penalties"? No way.

Even the very first one, where they even wrote in a secondary way to get at "option" was not a gimme, especially for a top row clue.

In some alternate reality, there's a site called BalletFrog where all of us rip on the contestants who bomb that category.

It probably doesn't have a front page either.

I know that a lot of people aren't football fans, but "Fair catch?!" That category and those contestants are my fantasy combination.

As my show(s!) will be airing in late June, I just hope they run out a World Cup category.

Meg and I went down this rabbit hole. I thought those were pretty tough for someone who doesn't actively watch football. Normally on sports cats they'll at least give a freebie phrased like "Tom Brady plays for this team, who could also go by the name Minutemen" or something to give you a foothold into "Patriots" even if you've never watched a game in your life.

That said it was the first time in a while we had to pause the broadcast and collect ourselves. That was too funny they way Alex just didn't give a shit and knew it was doom for them.

Also I'll put down 500/1 that our current champ is single and struggling mightily to mingle.
