Glad to hear SCK is doing well. He's a great guy, even if he regularly forgets his jacket at bars.

That's one way to get out of work for the Masters I guess. Get well!

The man doesn't even have a job. I don't think a heart attack was necessary for him to watch the Masters.

Re: sancarlos (is OK)
Hey guys. What’s new?
I feel like that episode in Tom Sawyer, where he watches his own funeral. Thanks for all the kind words and positive vibes. Twilts.
It was a really weird day. I woke up with what felt like a raw windpipe, but it got better and I felt ok in the morning and went on my little dispensary errand with my friend. (But still have yet to try the product!). We were driving home and my throat issue came back and I started feeling chest pain. Got home and the chest pain got progressively worse. And, I got cold sweats, tingly fingers and my skin got pale. Felt like bum. So I knew something was up. My wife drove me to the hospital ER, and they did various tests. The cardiologist on call didn’t like the ekg and wanted to do an angiogram immediately, so they sedated me and did it. Found and removed various artery blockages and put in some stents to widen the arteries. When I woke up he told me I had had a “mild” heart attack. They only put the stents in the right side because they didn’t want to over-stress my body. So, today I recuperate, and tomorrow we do it all over again to put in the stents in the left side. Should go home on Saturday.

Welcome back. Glad they caught it, and no heart attacks are "minor". Take care of yourself in recuperation.

Re: sancarlos (is OK)
So, I was reading about that incest story. You probably read about it back in January. Girl given up for adoption, found her birth parents when she was 18, moved in with them, fell into a relationship with her father. She got pregnant, they got married and moved to North Carolina, then were arrested.
A few days ago, the father killed their 7-month-old son, then drove north and murdered his daughter and her adoptive father, then killed himself.
I was reading articles about this story, and I found one about how the father was bullied in school because he was a weird kid. One of the examples of his weirdness was that he wore a San Jose Sharks jersey every day. Naturally, I thought of sancarlos and hoped that he was at least doing better than that guy. And now I find this thread and I'm not really sure.
Anyway, the Sharks are on tv tonight, in a playoff game vs. somebody other than the Oilers. I'm rooting for them. (Well, they're playing Anaheim, and I always root against Anaheim.) Be well, sancarlos. Go Sharks.
