Awful, just awful. ALS is just hell.
Seems that a lot of ex-NFL-ers get it as well.

Back in my former life I rented vans to OJ Brigance. Watching him deteriorate is sad.

My dad's best friend passed from complications from ALS. Like bfj said, it is hard to watch someone detoriate right before your eyes.
