Portland’s perimeter defense isn’t nearly good enough to give them a sweat. They’ll probably win 1 game because Golden State gets disinterested so easily but I can’t see this series going more than 5. Whoever comes out of the East has a much better shot because the Bucks and Raptors are both excellent defensive teams and will have homecourt advantage in the Final.
Bolded for facts.

I could see them putting the pedal down to prove a point without Durant and to maximize rest. I don't think it's that easy, but there's actually some psychological incentive to kick ass now if they do infact have that on/off switch.

I am not a fan of his music, but there is no doubt that he is basically the King of Toronto.

Not just Toronto. He’s probably the biggest hip hop artist in the world right now. (And I say that as another person who’s never been a fan.) I believe he’s either first or second all-time, among artists of any genre, in having the most Billboard #1 hits.

I like Drake. And you have to try pretty hard to avoid his music. Like not watch the Superbowl hard. Plus he's a Disney kid or similar so I'm sure he can do a nice job on a skit. I don't like how he is BMF all the sudden now. Around here that's enough to get you killed. I've had a run with those fucks and it makes me want to get violent when I see him in a shirt.

I decided to check out his Spotify page and he has five songs that have more than 400 million listens and I've never heard one of them. I maintain that I've never heard a Drake song. Does he have any songs that would be considered big "hits" that would have been in a commercial or a TV show or something?

He has A LOT of hits. I mean, when Trump hosted SNL while running for president he helped parody this song:

So I mean, it's tough to have missed Drake over the last 10 years in something.

This track was for a LeBron James thing and look who it features...

So unless you are the hipster-est of all hipsters show could you have missed Drake. It's not like it's Rae Sremmurd or Chingy.

On some level, I admit I don't get it. I know and like Jay Z and while I would never consider myself a fan of someone like say Rihanna or someone like that I'm passingly familiar with her music.

So I'm not trying to say I'm fucking cool because I've never heard anything by Drake. But I've never heard anything by Drake as it turns out.

(I've said I've never heard songs by XYZ artist before but when I go to their Spotify page or YouTube stuff I usually have to admit I've heard this song in a casino or that song on a TV show or something. This is truly a cultural blind spot.)

Agreed. I had to set aside my hatred of Carolina for White.
He electric. Would love to see him run and run and run somewhere. Don Nelson would have loved him.

Like my nba spirit animal Lebron I pretty much took the season off. But while I think Giannas is awesome it seems like sometimes it’s basically “let Gianna’s drive and hope for the best” which is also a thing Lebron does so yeah I like him a lot.

And Lowry was on fire.

It would have been nice to see Marc Gasol last night, but he never showed up.

Bucks-Warriors is gonna be a really good series. I know the 2017 Cavs destroyed the Eastern Conference but got smashed in the Finals but this year feels different to me.

ETA: Gun to my head, I’m still picking Golden State because of their unprecedented high-end talent but regardless of what happens in the Finals this Bucks team is ~1,000,000% more admirable than the Warriors. They’ve been a machine all year long and are one of the best teams I’ve ever seen at maximizing their talent level and having all their players fit seamlessly into a highly effective system. Their defense is phenomenal for a team that plays as fast as they do.

This is almost certainly the best Raptors team ever but Milwaukee is just on another level this postseason, especially defensively. Their GM’s years-long strategy of stockpiling guys with really long arms is really paying off now that they have a good coach to put all that wingspan to good use.*

*As an aside, how perfect is it that the idiots running the Lakers have made Jason Kidd their Coach-in-Waiting even though the Bucks went from 7 seed to juggernaut as soon as they fired him. Shades of the Warriors and Mark Jackson all over again.

He really is a phenomenal player. In addition to playing 52 minutes and scoring 36 points in a tough, physical game, Kawhi held Giannis to 1-9 shooting when he guarded him last night. The Raptors hadn’t put Kawhi on Giannis very often before last night’s game but decided to give him that assignment more often after the Game 2 loss.

I know the Warriors’ party line is that they will need Durant to match up with Giannis/Kawhi (and they
perhaps needed him to beat the 2017 Cavs and 2018 Rockets), but I don’t see how a guy as sensitive to public perception as Durant can even consider re-signing with a team that’s now something like 31-1 in its last 32 games without him.

I agree with some of the criticisms of KD messing up their spacing. While he gives them a cheat code, he also changes how they play. It's like they have a Super Carmelo. He's going to take some shots that aren't in the "Flow" but hes so good you live with it.
