Covid has cure.

Inspiring deep, unwavering confidence in all she encounters.

In other news: I has cheezburger.

This woman is also likely a princess that has untold fortunes trapped in a Cayman bank account.

But, but, "his tone has changed!" Why does the media fall for it every time he reads a prepared statement without running off the rails? You know he is going to say the opposite thing the next day! Yet, he and his enablers will still boast about his great leadership in declaring masks good and saying "we are starting to make a plan" for handling the virus we knew about 8 months ago.

I think that last sentence is the most infuriating part; how even those who recognize the issues and are willing to call them out still fall for grading him on a massive curve. If you're writing "he's now starting to take things more seriously" with 150K dead, you should be writing it with open hatred and contempt at a bare minimum.

And every time they do this, they should follow up with a brief clip of Trump calling in to FoxNews during the Ebola "crisis," saying that Obama was responsible for importing Ebola should resign because 2 people died and he failed to save them. I don't remember the exact quote, but he said the responsibility always falls on the President.

I probably just severed friendships with two people via text because I finally grew tired of reading their bullshit about how this is all a fake news conspiracy to make trump look bad.

I honestly don't think we're going to get anywhere as a country as long as these crazies are coddled and placated by their friends and family. They need to be isolated and stew in their filth.

I don’t see how that’s so crazy. GOP proposing $200, $600 would be ideal but if it takes $400 for six more months to make a deal than so be it. $1600 additional a month is still a life saver for a lot of people.

One of them removed himself from the group texts we are in together.

It just seems like capitulation as millions are threatened with homelessness.

In other news, Kodak's (yes, that Kodak) stock went from $2 to $54 in 2 days on the news that they were awarded $765B by Trump "to support efforts to produce active ingredients needed to make generic drugs in the U.S."

Gohmert's Chief of Staff's name is "Connie Hair," which sounds like the name of a character from a John Waters' movie.

Or a John Holmes movie.

Also reading Gohmert used the House gym post-diagnosis and wanted to tell his staff in person.

That last bit seems to stem from Hoyer getting Gohmert and Rand Paul mixed up.

Though it does sound like he informed his staff in person.

This was straight up insanity. I looked at it yesterday after the news first broke, and it was just kinda chillin' at $9ish, and I decided not to play. Today's move made no sense.

Whoah, check out this text from a Gohmert staffer to a reporter that broke the story that Gohmert tested positive. Fucking asshole.

I'd bet money Gohmert has accused Dems of making masks political.

A lot of House staffers basically live in an abusive relationship. If a member acts like a complete asshole in front of the camera, 90 percent of the time they are an absolute nightmare for the staff.

The most famous from back in my day was Michelle Bachman. She went through staff like toilet paper.

Just saw the greatest comment by former Bush WH Press Secretary. In trying to pay Cain a compliment, he full out called him the token black Republican they could point to and say they have a black friend.

“As a Black Republican, he was somebody that so many people could just turn to, look to, and say, ‘See, our ideas can be attractive across the board. We can be a party that’s growing.’ So you loved to hear Herman Cain’s voice amplifying the Republican message, and he did it so articulately.”

The shady thing is that trading volume on Kodak shares went nuts the day BEFORE the announcement.

These people ... there will be a record of who bought the stock. Talk about inviting an SEC investigation.
