I don't understand why the NHL wanted to have outdoor games this year at all, and I understand even less trying to send two east coast teams all the way across the country for them. With the Flyers postponing all their games this week (through Sunday as of now), they may get bumped next Sunday from their matchup with the Bruins and be replaced by the Rangers.

How do you all get your death notices since I left?

Yeah, but the NHL is never gonna miss a chance to pump up those east coast teams. God forbid the fucking Bruins or Flyers don't get another national broadcast.

Four teams for the Tahoe games should have been simple -- Vegas, Colorado, San Jose and pick some other West Division team of your choosing -- LA, Anaheim, PHX...whatever

And a joke from 1997. BWAHAHAHA, women's sports suck!
And, the game looks to feature Cal Poly vs. Northern Colorado. Two schools not particularly noted as hotbeds of women's sports.
Cal-Poly vs Long Beach. The white uniforms say "Beach" and the reflection of the LED scoreboard ribbon is "Go Beach", just upside-down.

Good catch. I thought it was UNC, because I was reading it as "Bears", and they used to be in Cal Poly's conference.

Ivy's can Spring Sports. May allow "local competition" if things improve. They just gave a 1 time out for grad students (usually the Ivy's are 8-semesters only).

Also on the Jucos have announced this spring won't count as a year of eligibility.

From The Athletic (Pens-centric) write up of last night's game in Pittsburgh:
I was told that 17 people were ejected at Thursday’s game because of refusal to wears masks. I was also told that the majority of those 17 people were drinking fairly heavily.
I felt aswirl with warm secretions.

Blue Jays have a positive case as well. They are in Dunedin, FL.

Really hard to think we're getting anything except golf until football at the earliest.
