So is Rutgers actually good? Ron Harper Jr jumped out at me last year but it is Rutgers. They are not supposed to be ranked. Could be a bad couple of days for Terps v. Scarlet Knights matchups.

Yes. Syracuse isn't great this year and was missing one starter of consequence when they played last Tuesday, but Rutgers led them almost throughout the entire game. The Knights fell behind late, but used a late run to win by ten. Harper was terrific in the game and they had a couple guys get double-doubles (both in points, but one in boards and the other assists).
