I'll post on Saturday, say 7 PM or so...spending the afternoon at the Denver bacon and Bourbon fest.

You guys ever get into an unintentional argument in a hotel bar with a hard right wing repub that has nothing to offer but "youre on daddys money" so any opinion you hold is completely invalid?

Hey, just like Trump and the Bush boys. Though the Bush boys are no Grandpa's money and daddy's power.

I got an e-mail from Who Are Ya Designs that my order shipped. Completely forgot I followed a Facebook ad on my phone and ordered a US Soccer T-shirt. Nothing like getting a genuine surprise gift from yourself due to a forgotten drunken impulse buy.

I'm watching pirates of the carribeean. Finishing a goose island ipa. Which isn't a terrible iPa to be honest. Decent for the readily available ones. Biding my time before hitting the hay for an early British open watch time tomorrow. I think someone will make a move but that stenson wins.

It's great. We've got a six of that in the fridge. If you get the chance, try the nitro stout on tap. It's a magnificent beer.

Have you ever been to the brewery there in Black Mountain? That area is paradise to me. Wish I could move out there.

Got in too late to go today, but had two pints at Trailhead with dinner in Black Mountain proper. I'm telling you, it's impossible to wipe the smile off my face right now. I really want to move here too.

I have a buddy there. I should have moved when I had the chance. We always hike Catawba Falls. It's insanely awesome in that whole area. And so much good beer.

When I moved from Michigan I chose between Asheville and Las Vegas. I don't regret moving here but Asheville is one of the only places to make me think I made a mistake.

That was much like my own Saturday. Wife and daughter were away, so I went to my buddy's house noonish, sat around his pool for a few hours, had beers and mojitos. Then we got the bright idea to organize a poker game, which we did successfully. It commenced later that evening, and of course featured more beer, and good wine too. I paced myself, so I wasn't hung over, but I was worn out all day Sunday.

Feeling no pain, you guys. This typing tray is hard to operate, though. Why have I let my bottle of muscle relaxers go to waste lo these many months? Some reviews while I'm here:

Opened a bottle of Michter's Rye. Really like it, but it is quite minty. If I block out the flashbacks of Rumplemintz, I like it. All those years wasted in bourbon, when Rye exists.

Evil Twin Aun Mas Jesus is sooooo fucking good. My guy at my favorite store thought it was a secret hidden rarity, but they keep getting more. I need to stockpile this shit. Oh, and 12% ABV. Smooth as fuck, liquid velvet.

Cyclobenzaprine: highly recommend. $10/copay for 30 pills. Fucking bargain! Head swimming, body melting into my chair. Overall feeling on well being and not giving a fuck. I may need to stop by my doctor's office with neck spasms more often.

Off to watch more Bojack. Just seems right in this state.

Pretty FUBARed right now. Got a hotel room on the Strip though so not driving. But I'm getting tired of drinking beer. Maybe I'll quit for a few weeks. Try to lose some weight and chill out. Guess I'm talking to myself (and this thread isn't the right place) but hearing about Shrew really bummed me out. He was a really nice guy and frankly I'm not. Life isn't fair sometimes. Most times.

No doubt. I was once taking cyclo and prednisone at the same time, for different issues. You take Prednisone on a 6/day, 5/day etc schedule. The pills look so similar. Popped 4 cyclos thinking it was prednisone. THAT was a very relaxed day.
