It's crazy how closely the standings actually skew to the NFL standings. If it was just 100 percent skill, the best players would basically be 16-0 every year and if it was just luck, the standings would be essentially random.

It's a rare game that is able to meld skill and luck to make it interesting to a huge group of people.
