Will it really be any different than when they were playing three games a day on the same ice? I don’t remember too many complaints after the first set of exhibitions.

At some point I think they have to reschedule the other game to tomorrow morning. Or is it like tennis? Can they get one period in?

I don’t know who is on this broadcast, but I like that someone is going after the sacred cow of the NHL overtime format. I’m not sure I agree, but he is making some good arguments and this is a good time to challenge why we do things the way we do. At least for purposes of this year, it’s incredibly unfair to the teams playing in the next game, and possibly unsafe too.

Not a shootout but I'd go for something like going 4 on 4 indefinitely. Thats my line.

This is the 14th game ever to go to a 4th OT.

I think it looks bad but I'm also trying to think how my arms would move to avoid a collision with my wife and its probably like that. It looks like an intentional hit, but pulling your arms in is also defensive. Also, I'm biased.

I watch little hockey these days, but I check the CBJ scores. Their arena is pretty great, and I love their cannon alternate jersey.
