Bothers the hell out of me that the supreme court justice has almost 3 years of experience as a judge. Never even been a trial judge but somehow highly qualified because she did well in law school which prepares you to do nothing except teach law.

And I'm sure she can review the hell out a record and is a terrific writer but a judge at that level of practice should really have substantial experience judging.

Nothing. Ballots are set and people have already voted in a lot of instances so you can't really have two sets of ballots. If you wanted to vote republican, you pick Trump/Pence, etc.

And this has happened with dead people. You vote for the dead guy and then the state picks the replacement per usual rules. IN this case I guess it would be the National Commitees?
