Only 1/10 of those drive up voting areas qualifies as a building. It appears drive up voting was only for early voting.

It doesn't take the sting off of making voting easier, but I get why they had to make the call.

Yeah.. The repubs already appealed this. Harris County took down 9 out of their 10 drive throughs.

I’m worried the SCOTUS will deem these votes illegal.

Let’s do this.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

If any of y’all have the time and are so inclined, various GOTV phone banks can be found here.

A lot of people are touting this as good news, but I am wondering where Biden is going to find the votes to get him over the top, if not from here. Fulton, and specifically South Fulton/Atlanta, have more non-early voters than anywhere else in the state.

Is the football stadium in Fulton county? Would more machines in one spot lead to less wait time?

I guess impossible to hope that there are enough voting machines that it can be done quicker this time around?

Fulton County was already at 104% of its 2016 vote total when early voting ended, so perhaps there just aren't enough voters left to require massive lines.

If you say "take me off your list," that particular group will stop calling you. But you'll have to deal with all the other groups who have different lists.

The list we're working from today is supposed to only be people who received absentee ballots but haven't turned them in.

Sorry I posted in the wrong thread.

Fulton has indeed exceeded 100% of the 2016 turnout, but the high turnout areas have been the north Fulton suburbs and the richer/whiter parts of Atlanta. Biden will still win that vote by a lot, but it won't have the same effect as running up turnout in neighborhoods that are 95/5. Fulton's early turnout is about 55% of registered voters, which is nice, but Georgia will be in the mid 70s statewide for sure (and some exurban and rural counties are already there). Part of this issue is that there was a huge registration drive after 2016/18 which makes it hard to tell just how many more votes there could possibly be. If it's not a lot, then you better hope the suburban rebellion is real because that's where the votes are coming from.
