Yes and you won't believe this.. Not one tear gas, one rubber bullet, not one cop in riot gear.. Imagine that. I am shocked they don't just let them in.

If those protesters were black or brown, there would be blood shed by that thin blue line. But since they aren't the fucking cops play nice and spray little cannisters of tear gas (if at all). Not even non-lethal (or whatever the fuck they call rubber bullets and bean bags). Fucking bullshit. All those people need to be fucking arrested and fucking drawn and quartered on the fucking mall. Fuck them. Fuck the police.

This actually is probably a time when that's the worst possible thing that could happen because we're a razor's edge from this being the Bastille. This is treason.

Yeah, I hadn't seen the coverage yet. The bigger point is why weren't more cops on duty, and why the National Guard wasn't more ready. They should've planned for the worst, given all the rhetoric leading up to this.
