I found the last 20-30 minutes really moving and profound, so much so that it makes me think less of the rest of the movie. Here I am thinking it’s Goodfellas III and that was definitely not what the movie was about.

Last year Times Square not being packed was a little sad but this year (despite there being some people) I just feel a little relieved.
I felt aswirl with warm secretions.

Happy New Year anyway guys!

Wife passed out on the couch at 9:30. Spent a big part of the evening comforting my dog Izzy who has developed a horrible fear of fireworks, and local yahoos were setting them off until around 2:00.
