Fantasy F1
I'm pot committed at this point, after watching Drive to Survive. Signed up for Fantasy F1. Pretty sure my wife is in, who else wants some sweet global racing action?

Alright, so it appears to be set up similar to Fantasy Premier League in that it's budget based and you can rotate drivers and constructor each week. We can all have Hamilton!
$100m budget, pick 5 drivers and a constructor for each race.
The league code is: f5acd0037e

Also, if wives and daughters are in, we should keep the message board pretty PG (if there is a message board, I can't tell if they have one or not).

Re: Fantasy F1
Just trying to keep y'all guessing. Yes. It's on F1 dot com. I think all you need to do is set up a team (spend your $100m). Then go to leagues and enter that code. It looks like each race you select one under 20m valued player to get double points. You can switch a certain number of drivers between weekends. I think you have a few chips each season to pick a driver to have x3 points. You get points for qualifying well, racing well, and also racing well over multiple weekends.

I am very much a noob here, but I know which drivers are more handsome than the others, and which one's rich daddy bought an F1 team for him.

Re: Fantasy F1
Took me a minute to figure out... Once you build your team, click on the Leagues listing on the left. Once there, look at the top right and hit Join with a Code. Cut/Paste-->done

Yeah was surprised with the strength of the drivers I could grab, even with a high end constructor.

I was definitely expecting the constructors to cost significantly more than they did

I should be able to be partway though S3 by the time Bahrain starts.
Gotta admit as someone who doesn't pay much attention to this until now, things are radically different in alignment than they were in the 2019 season.
That said I picked 4/6 of the same that my buddy who follows F1 religiously did so I guess I'm kinda doing it right?

There's definitely been a bunch of changes. Kinda surprised my wife and I only have one shared driver.

Re: Fantasy F1
Have you guys been able to figure out the scoring for the Contructors?
You can lead a horse to fish, but you can't fish out a horse.
Re: Fantasy F1
The scoring is broken down on a tab on the league page. Some of the scoring is driver only, the rest are constructor bonuses.
