Euros, Copa America, Gold Cup, Olympics.

Maybe let's react to it all as it unfolds all in one place.

Also, check this resource out from Grant Wahl!

What about tv? I got paramount plus but only works on phone and not firetv. Not sure why. Seemed like reasonable value. Not sure if worth keeping. I'm out of trials on most of the others. Willing to buy but wading through options to find mnt games is not fun.

Looks like the USMNT Gold Cup games are on FoxSports, while the friendlies are on ESPN2. I'm really hoping USMNMT games remain on TV, otherwise I'm finally coming to my senses and cutting the cord and paying for a few more streaming platforms.

Speaking of Gold Cup, I'm not sure how the preliminary play-in rounds work, but I really hope we get to see a Guyana v. French Guiana match.

So did the USMNT friendly vs Costa Rica in SLC ... that's really tomorrow?
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

Apparently? I assume we will be playing everyone who didn't play over the weekend, if so.

I just realized, this friendly could have been really interesting if Costa Rica beat Mexico and played the US in the Final Sunday. How weird would it be playing a friendly against a country 4 days after playing a competition final?

I think it'll be plenty weird anyway, playing a friendly right after a competition final against MX. I'm not sure if I want to sit in 93 degree heat with a 23 mph south wind for that.

But I suppose my mom will make me go. (Yes, I'm almost 56.)

I've been using LiveSoccerTV to find good games. Their iOS app is good. It does a decent job of bubbling up ones I've been interested in combined with tv options. Grant's schedule is nice, but I had to look up tv coverage separately.

Bet we see a mix. This won't be a B team. The purpose of this 3rd game was to get the team ready for WCQ this fall which will have a 3 games in a window due to COVID. So yeah we will see Ethan H or Ochoa in the goal. Maybe get Dike on the field, but the 26 or so that were in camp is what US will bring to the friendly. I am sure LLeget, Yuell, and Robinson will play but you will see minutes from Weah and others who played Nations League.

I'm wondering if they give Ochoa the start since it's his home field now. Plus he's apparently still eligible to choose Mexico (no idea if he's good enough).

Is he? He started in Olympic qualification. Is that considered a youth tourney. I really liked him and then he started losing his mind with fans in the MLS games...Goalie is the one position I don't worry about depth for USMNT. The difference between our top and next group does not feel as big as weakness at back we have had or such.

It's started for me. Vietnam and Canada! Vietnam is first in Group G trying to get the final round of qualifying for the first time ever. Canada has a do or die match tonight to advance to a two-legged tie against probably Haiti, to get to the HEX (or the this year the OCHO) for the first time since 1998.

So T&T was eliminated for world cup qualifications by Bahamas and now Guatamala lost to Curacao (Gus H and Patrick K lead the team).

Guatemala got eliminated scoring 14 goals and conceding none!

The ties this weekend to get into the OCHO!

El Salvador - St. Kitts & Nevis
Canada - Haiti
Curacao - Panama (this is a powerhouse tie)

I am so happy that we watched games on delay. Before we even started watching the game, I knew that he'd collapsed and that it was terrible, and that he was stable and talking in the hospital.

Seeing him fall like that was horrifying.

And look at AB raking bp over the coals when the timestamps in the two threads clearly show that this thread was above the dedicated UEFA 2020(1) thread. Wow.

One of the first things I do each morning is load up Grant Wahl's calendar and check out what's in store.

Very strange to look at today, where the only action are the two Euro matches.

Yesterday you had 4 Euro matches and 2 very good Copa games. And that has been pretty typical for the last 2 weeks or so.
