Had a Pliny the Elder last night. Nice.

I am not and I’m offended you would ask.

Some bourbon and a selection from a Unibroue sampler.

Made a raspberry daiquiri for Mrs. Sabo and it turned out very well despite it having raspberries in it. I’m drinking a dark ‘n stormy at the moment.

Made some simple syrup yesterday (messed around with raw sugar, so it came out dark) so I could make my wife margaritas.

On this beautiful May evening in NJ, after a day spent powerwashing everything within range, I shook together some of the syrup with whisky and some fresh juice from a clementine (only such fruit in the house), poured over ice and drunken cherry, and its pretty good.

Just so u all know, my phone was lost which sad weird because it was still playing my sad playlist but it turns out it was plugged in but under my bed which was weird but also have you never been mellow was playing so that was ok
