Well, I hope you do, too.

And I hope Syb has a reason to counter your offer.

Through judicious usage of the waiver wire, my team is now pretty well stacked.

This weekend, I need to choose 5 out of this group.

RB: Lynch, West, Karlos Williams, Lamar Miller

WR: Jeffery, Allen Robinson, Davante Adams, Kamar Aiken, John Brown

Leaning towards: Miller, West, Robinson, Jeffery and Adams

Part of me wants to stick Williams in there, but the Jets play the run tough (as to the Broncos - West is a bit of a question here too).

Question - Lynch, West or one of the receivers?

Lynch over West or any of the receivers.

By 5 do you mean 2 RBs & 3 WRs?

Otherwise i don't see how you start Adams over any of the RBs.

2rbs, 2wrs and one of either.

My thinking with Adams is that he went 7/93 against Carolina. Back in shape and playing the Lions. Lynch is up against a good D, tough call, but maybe I'll go beast mode here.

I'm 5-4 and won last week getting 1.5 points out of my RBs. How I'm still in this thing amazes me.

Brown is hurt and playing the Seahawks so I'd try to avoid him but when it comes down to it I usually go WR over RB. Lynch + Jeffrey + Davante Adams are my definites. Allen Robinson is hurt too but if he's ok I'd play him due to matchup and the consistency he's showed. I could not start Kamar Aiken over Lamar Miller so Miller is my 5th choice.

1. Jeffrey
2. Lynch
3. Adams
gap
4. Lamar Miller
5. Allen Robinson if playing
5a. John Brown if playing
5b. Karlos Williams if you have to
6. Aiken if 2 of the above die before the weekend

Oh shit, West. Against Denver? He's 6. Aiken will be 7th if 3 of the above die.

Was confusing Allen Robinson with Allen Hurns. Isn't Robinson pretty much a must-play at this point?

Yes. He's a low end WR1.

I have to pick a 2nd RB in a PPR. league out of this grouping:
West, Yeldon, Langford, Starks

West has looked great, but has a tough matchup.
Yeldon has been improving, but hasn't reached West's recent performance.
Langford looked like Forte reincarnate last week.
Starks got the starters nod in GB.

It's a good problem to have, but I guarantee that I pick wrong.

My league has gone to shit. The guy in 1st is 7-2 and has had AJ Green on the bench all season. He doesn't change his lineup. He actually played a man down last week and won.

I'm in a 5 way tie for 2nd because I hold the head to head tiebreaker at 3-1 over the rest. In this week's matchup the guy can start 2 more people and hasn't yet. If I can get the free win, cool.

Leagues like this are why I gave up playing in the first place.

I picked almost wrong.

Went with Starks when Lacy was ruled out. Figured he had a killer matchup and no competition.

3rd best option. West & Langford killed it. Both outscored AP, too.

Saturday brought more doubt that Jeffery was in good shape, so I went...

Miller
West
Robinson
Adams
Aiken (hunch - he ended up with the same as Lynch)

A rare occurrence - I guessed right. But in reality, Miller and West were no brainers and they scored enough to win the week. (And Palmer's my QB)

So I'm down by 1 point last night on that last drive, opponent has AJ Green.

AJ catches, and fumbles for -2, putting me up 82-81. I look this morning and because Green fell on the guy who picked him, he gets credit for a tackle, and I get my second fucking tie of the season.

I hate this game.... Who do I start this week?

Upon further review, he also got a tackle from Benjamin Watson. So 2 offensive players credited with a tackle. Ugh.

So I have to pick an RB to pair up with Jeremy Langford this week and I need to do so in the next 15 minutes.

49ers starting RB Shaun Draughn @ Seattle

or

Detroit's Ameer Abdullah vs Oakland

Rest of my stuff is sorted...

ESPN free agent auction question:

We use the FA auction budget option, $100 budget. Nobody remembers whether the budget is reset for the playoffs, or if teams are left with what remains of their budget from the regular season. In my defunct league, we reset the budget at $50 for the playoffs, but that wasn't ESPN. Our constitution says this defers to ESPN's default setting. I can't find anything answering this question on ESPN, or a basic Google search. Anyone know? I assume the budget continues from the regular season since it isn't specified, but I would rather bid my entire budget this week if I can't take it with me.

Pick 1:

D Carr VS KC
R Tannehill VS BAL
Big Ben VS IND

Normally this is a no brainer, and I'm trying to not let my Colts heart get in the way of my head but Carr has been on fire and the Colts D has played better the last few weeks, and BAL sucks in general. Thoughts?

Chiefs defence tightened the screws on the Bills last week in the second half.

All over Big Ben here.

And Tannehill will soon be included in those "Worst NFL Contracts of All Time" lists.

Advice on dealing with a potential collusion issue:

One of the original owners in my law school league, we'll call him fuckwit, brought a friend into the league 3 or so years ago, we'll call him douche. Nobody knows Douche, or ever met him. Final week of the season yesterday, every game with serious implications, somehow all 10 teams potentially had shots for the playoffs. Too many scenarios to bother calculating if the bottom teams actually could get in with tie breakers, but whatever. Douche played fuckwit. Douche was in a 3-way tie for last, but maybe could have gotten into the last wildcard spot, as 2 teams one game ahead. Fuckwit was one game behind me for the division win, but he had tiebreaks.

Douche didn't change his lineup from last week, which included a player on IR, and 2 ruled out early in the week. He had players on the bench who made decent replacements who put up a combined 30 points. Douche made no moves on the FA market to replace the injured players. I don't know if Fuckwit told Douche not to set his lineup, or if Douche would have set his lineup if he played a different owner. The two are partners in their own firm, so I presume they see each other. If Douche was in prison or couldn't change his lineup for any reason, I presume Fuckwit would know, and could have notified the Commish. I also have to assume Fuckwit noticed all the scratched players starting. Despite all of this, I tend to doubt they conspired, but Fuckwit would have said something if Douche played me since Fuckwit needed me to lose. I'd love to vote Douche out of the league, but don't I'll get support on that. Since it didn't affect the game, I doubt anyone will care enough to do anything.

I didn't change my line up this week either. I wasn't up for playoffs and was just fed up with getting wrecked each week even though I was doing well. No Graham, oh well. No C. Johnson, oh well. Pretty sure I got beat this week. Haven't even checked.

Will be really hard to prove collusion.

Well there all so should be roster limits. 2 QBs max, etc. I really hate people that just stockpile positions of need.

I missed the draft as well. I'm not really up for trotting Bridgewater out there every week.

I'd also like to see auction rather than snake draft. With deep ass leagues an auction levels the playing field a bit.

How do most leagues score a TD fumble recovery by an offensive player, like Randall Cobb this week? Didn't count in my leagues, some debate arose.
