Trump is awful, just a raving piece of shit.

But someone like Cruz is even worse - the toadying, the blind ambition. I mean, he endorsed a guy who made fun of his wife. But only after Priebus laid down the law, causing him to back away from his principled stand. And now that the tide has fully turned, weasel boy wants another out.

I am throughly satisfied with Trump's participation in this election now that grabbing bitches by the pussy has become a legit discussion point. For a while I was disappointed but you just can't beat this type of entertainment, especially when the alternative would have been talking heads endless trade policy ramblings. Thanks Don. It's fairly obvious that an increasing number of GOP elected officials are revoking their support for Trump not due to any principled stand, but because they've now decided that he's too big of a risk for the party as a whole. It was apparent before he even ran for President that Trump was a misogynist. The fact that he has been sued for sexual harassment and accused of sexual assault was already in the public domain. And if there was any doubt about his sexism, it should have been removed by the comments he made about Megyn Kelly very early in the Republican primary season.

In my opinion, this video is being treated as a bridge too far for Republicans because his poll numbers were already sliding after the first debate, Clinton had started to run some pretty effective campaign ads highlighting his sexism, and the GOP's concerns about his effects on down ballot races was nearing a tipping point. If Trump were still polling even with Hillary nationally and in the key state polls (which hasn't been the case since the first debate), I think there'd be much more of an effort to "let bygones be bygones" or to say that "boys will be boys." But given his post-debate slide in the polls, I think the party reached the point where it is willing to sacrifice the Presidential race to hold onto the House and Senate.

If Trump, the most sensitive strongman in the world, who openly wants to sue people who write mean things about him...if he got the chance to commit some war crimes, he'd probably commit the shit out of them.

Actually seems implausible to me that the price is only $5M and it hasn't been paid yet. Forget political opponents, there are real estate speculators for whom it would be a good piece of business at that price...
