Bronto has changed a ton, for the better.

You guys have also changed BSF from an Indiana militiaman to a fuckin' hippie.

Finally, did Johnnie just say he 'dunked on' Jerloma and no one was man enough to point out how brutal it was?

I mean, you saw this post, right? I get called out for some bullshit and proved him wrong -- in the thread talking about how much he's changed. So whatever. And then later on I get told to kill myself. If that is some good ol' fashioned tongue-in-cheek self deprecating humor, I guess it's just lost on me!

Johnnie used to brag about giving young women O's.

Now he helps give middle-aged men Z's.

God dammit. Okay, one more time, Sarge...self-deprecating humor. I know that it's a very difficult concept to grasp for someone with a grossly-over inflated ego but for the love of all that is holy, read the post again. Notice my tone at the beginning of the post and how it was by the end. The joke isn't you being a cunt...the joke is me calling you a cunt. I'm the butt of the fucking joke!!! It's specifically-designed so that I could blatantly contradict myself in such a way that only a god damn fucking moron or at the very least a raging narcissist wouldn't get it. Trust me...I'm more disappointed in these turn of events than you, you precious little snowflake.

As for...
That was more probable than not a fumble.
...just, no. This is not objectivity by any stretch of the imagination. It's an attempt to create the illusion of objectivity and hide your hypocrisy but really you're once again undermining the collective intelligence of the Swamp. Hell, Y! sports commenters would be able to see through your bullshit.

It was blatantly a fumble. You know this because you saw the replay, but why did it get to a replay? It was ruled a fumble on the field...that's why the refs took all the damn time to see who came up with the fucking ball. Then Hey, look! Steelers recover - momentum-swinging play! About damn time!" Oh, wait...now the refs after taking the time to see who recovered the ball decide that it's not a fumble after all? Alright...challenge. I'm not sure why AB thinks this was an indefensible challenge because it clearly showed Brady fumbling the ball, just as it was ruled originally before the refs got nervous after finding out the Steelers recovered. At this point the refs clearly don't know what to do so they say "Fuck it...no clear recovery." But they already went through the fucking trouble of determining a god damn recovery!!! Replay wasn't needed for that!!!

I know that this is disappointing to you because it doesn't support your little victim-complex but anything other than disgust and shame is the wrong reaction to that play. You are a fucking cauldron of intellectual dishonesty so yes, by all means...kill yourself.

Shirley wrote:BTW, my votes for Swampers who've changed the most in this time go to Jerloma and Johnnie.

In the early days, I just remember Jerloma as a loudmouthed Steelers fan, who liked to post indefensible opinions about Bill Cowher, Then he found atheism and logic.

Johnnie was just a young knowitall who really didn't know that much. I think we might have kicked him around a bit in the early going, but he stuck with it and matured quite a bit in the first couple of years. It was interesting to watch.

I went to a Swamp night at Oriole Park and it caused an El Derecho. Fun night until the 6th inning.

I think it was July 2009.

AB and I are playing golf in mid-July probably in the Columbus area if anyone wants to join us.

I've always had fun in Cbus when I've been in town. If I'm not covered by a work requirement, I'd play.

honestly i dont knoe. i feel like im a little less abrasive, a little more prone to thought before action, and a bit less hyperbolic. ive kicked way back on the harder drugs and lifestyle. i love my girlfriend, i miss being able to see and talk to my niece. 31 is a mixed bag. im going gray, im carrying a decade of a major sleep debt, and im up to two packs a day. on the whole i like my life a lot more than i did when i joined to post about the texans in 2003.
