What's interesting, is a number of these Twitter accounts appear to be fake. Created several months earlier, and the first or one of few Tweets were attacking NPR. Makes me wonder if this is a part of the Russian psychological warfare tactic. It seems odd a person would sign up for Twitter, and 3 months later send their first Tweet responding to NPR. These Tweets have led to a storm of Liberals attacking "idiot Trump voters" as ignorant, which just serves to keep the Right hating the elitists on the Left.

In short, yes. That's likely what's happening.

Also note Putin's move to the center at the Summit, poised to take a leadership role. Meanwhile, Trump represents America.
