Would be really curious to know what would have happened to those two Hauschka bombs if the MBS roof were open today.

Interesting decision in the Dallas game.

You're down by 8 with 7 minutes to go. Touchdown and go for 2. Get called for holding. Do you still go for 2 from the 12?

I think he was just looking to move the ball back five yards for the field goal.

Because Coach McDermott can do no wrong in my - nor any Bills fan's - book today.

What a win! And having a coaching staff that is on top of the game is such a bizarre feeling for Bills fans.

And fuck New England.

Yeah I meant this season but that might have been a Freudian slip. Still must be nice to be a Texans fan (for example) and know the rest of the division is basically garbage every year.

I've only seen the highlights, but is Watson as good as he seems?

This is a classic case of the guy who has watched Tom Brady for the last 15 years thinking that other NFL teams are coordinated enough to do this.

I know this is an obnoxious thing for a 53 year old man to say, but I am so damn happy right now!

Honestly, coming on the heels of the bills choking off the Broncos last week, this win is the best in like a decade.

He also looks like a guy who has no business running a team. Very Kotite-ish.

Of course, why not tie the game? The only difference between being down one and two is being down one only helps if you plan on giving up a touchdown.

Or am I missing something obvious here.

During the Eagles-Chargers game Schlereth kept calling the Chargers San Diego, called Carson Wentz Carson Palmer and generally sucked

Apparently they announced a sellout (27,000) and had tarps over large sections of seat because no one showed, except for Eagles fans.

Goodell was in the audience. I feel for the SD fans, losing their team like that. NFL owners are the worst

Any discussion of bad announcers has to include Trent Green. He makes Simms look interesting - nothing he said today was other than a cliche or a narration of a highlight.

That is the fear, at the 2 of course but at the 12 there's a poor chance to get in. Also with 7 minutes left, that's enough time for the Rams to get a TD and make it a 9 point lead. If there was less time than a Rams TD would be less likely.

I would have gone for 2 as well, the guys on tv thought it was stupid so i brought it up here.

yes and no. hes progressing well, amazing at avoiding pressure and throws well on the run. he makes one or two really dumb decisions a game, and still takes off running too mich instead of reading his progressions.its a mixed bag but a very talented and exciting one
