"The fuck do you know. You thought Trump was a good idea. Either you're a fucking moron or you just like to watch shit burn. Which is it?"
I'm legit curious: how do I not do this?
You would have to be a better man than me to not do that.
When it comes to insults and angry outbursts, I think "Trump Voter" should replace "Motherfucker."
I'm having a hard time with this, too. Until now, I never fully judged anyone based on who they voted for, but if I se a Trump sticker on someone's car, I assume a hell of a lot about them. The guy who runs our town Boy Scout program is constantly posting pro-Trump shit on Facebook, well, more like bashing sheep for hating on Trump and buying the fake news. I used to like and respect the guy, and when I see him, my skin crawls. Fortunately, my son quit Scouts 2 years ago, so I don't need to deal with this guy. It's odd to me, as he is mostly into the Nationalistic shit, as he is an immigrant from Colombia. He could definitely be mistaken for Mexican. He immigrated post-college, so I don't know if he is even naturalized. A few weeks ago, I was talking to a couple fathers at the end of a soccer practice, and one guy started with a very defensive, "I hate Trump as much as everybody, but..." and he gave a legitimate argument against one criticism about Trump that the media and Left blew out of proportion. Another father cut him off saying, "what do you mean hate Trump? I think he is as bad as other politicians, but he is a brilliant businessman and actually cares about the People." It's sad, but my opinion of the second guy has completely changed. I try to block it out, but I can't. Also didn't help that he recommended some conspiracy wackjob documentary on Netflix. 2 minutes Googling showed the filmmaker had a very long history of pushing verifiably debunked garbage of the nuttiest kind, mostly about the government hiding aliens. Also saw links to interviews with the witnesses and experts saying their statements were completely misrepresented. Oh, well.
