I have tiny hands relative to size...
My gall is sufficiently mitigated. Thank you for your concern.
Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
I've been trying to place Mnuchin because he has a slight familiarity. He sorta looks like the former supervisor I had who I eventually hope offs himself. The hair. The slimy looking skin. The punchable face. The easy-to-hate-ness about him. It's all there.

I certainly *should* feel represented by that picture.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

Close enough (52), and I meet all the other demographic characteristics.

Come to think of it, I'm 54, bald like Wilbur Ross and Jewish like Steve Mnuchin. But unlike the three eggs on the left, I am still on my first wife and unlike Mnuchin and Trump, she is (was) American.

Ugly enough to fit in though.

"Trump" is too common of a word to search on in our database. That bums me out for some reason.

Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
I don't think the true degree of depravity in the Trump administration will be known for decades, but here's just a small example. Kushner apparently shared intelligence with the Saudi crown prince which was used to round up those opposed to him, likely in exchange for funding for his failed/failing real estate ventures. (Speculation mine, but seems entirely plausible). In any other time, that would be treason.

I would literally bet my life on Biden fucking him up something spectacular if they went bare-knuckle.
Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
I don't think even most Democrats have any kind of real handle on just how much of a pussy Trump is. He acts like a big tough guy, but I doubt he's ever thrown a punch in anger in his life.
(The guy who would REALLY fuck Trump up is Harry Reid. He was an accomplished amateur boxer and even with one eye and at 80 years old could probably still fire about 100 punches that land for every one that lands on him (against Trump at least).

This. Right-wingers loved to put up Reid as the avatar of liberal wussiness, but he probably would have been the last man standing in a Battle Royal of the Senate.

If you enjoyed the Iraq War, then you're in luck because we're probably gonna attack Iran or North Korea now. We're officially fucked.

Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
Bolton is truly awful. An absolute lunatic who has no business being in a position of power. At a minimum I think it’s assured Trump will renege on the Iran nuclear deal. And I’m sure Kushner’s Saudi buddies have already been pushing Trump to do their sectarian dirty work for them and start a war with Iran.
Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
Yeah, the only reason question is whether Trump/Bolton will be more hawkish towards North Korea or Iran, but military intervention in either place would be nothing short of a disaster.

I feel sorry. Too many young men have died so needlessly. People like Bolton view your life as a statistic. A number on a box score.

I'd like to think that had this happened prior to Mattis coming here and I had the opportunity to ask about it I'd stand up in front of the entire room and ask, but I'm sure I wouldn't because I have to be apolitical.

Re: The Indictment Thread (Trump Admin Meltdown Thread Part II)
John Bolton is a fucking lunatic. And now he has real power...before, with W, he was just the UN ambassador, which is nothing but window dressing.
Sorry Johnnie....but we are definitely going to war. My money is on Iran, which will make Iraq look like a walk in the park.
