Those series from both teams after the Houston TD were just pitiful. Wow.

I'm sticking with college basketball and college football until I have to watch it. I refuse to turn on any of my other TVs to this. They're staying dark.

Surprised you can watch TV with a brand new Meatloaf record in your possession.

For the sake of the Texans owner, I hope TT didn't like Kubiak. Though I doubt he did.

Awesome weather here in Philly. I so hope this is a preview of the weather at the Super Bowl in two months.

Re: NFL Week 14
You don't like the snow games? Really? Damn. They should also being playing three-down football out there.

It makes for sloppy play, but I enjoy snow games. I can't tell if TTB was being sarcastic or not, but I would love to see this kind of weather at the Super Bowl (effect on my commute the next morning notwithstanding) just for the sure to be exquisite whining from the pampered Fatty McB's of the world.Scottie wrote:You don't like the snow games? F. Gronk hit low and looks like something is seriously wrong with his knee.
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
Re: NFL Week 14
Unable to watch the game but my cell phone lit up with a notification that Gronk was carted of the field after getting his knee drilled. No idea how that guy is going to keep going.
And that's the Pat's season.

Brutal pass interference call against the Browns there to give the Pats the win. Obviously, there was a decent chance they'd score anyways, but that was one gift-wrapped 1st and goal they got.

wasn't a kubiak fan. although i realize that was sarcasm gpj, I'm a fan of players who aren't awesome. Swearinger had a shitawful game and i'm still a big fan of him. You draft an overly emotional basketcase, you know hes good for at least 2 penalties a game, min. You take the good with the bad. Also, 12 straight calendar weeks of watching the Texans without seeing a win. This has been the most miserable season I can ever remember watching.

I have a feeling that the Texans are going to be quite good next year. A lot of talent already and they get the 1 or 2 pick. QB or Clowney to make that DL really bad ass.

Cowher would be my first choice. Having somebody make players accountable for their mistakes would be refreshing. Bringing toughness and defensive scheming to a defense that has a ton of talent on it would be fantastic. Second choice would be Jon Gruden. I liked the way he ran tampa, and feel like he could get a lot out of the players we have on the roster. I'm also hoping we get clowney on the D-line to take some of the double teaming off of JJ Watt. Watt and Clowney would be a hell of a 1-2 punch. Failing that, Bridgewater would be my second choice. I'm not opposed to Case Keenum, but I'm not sold on him yet either, and the throws Bridgewater can make excites me.degenerasian wrote:Who would you like as coach if you can choose anyone who is not employed right now.TT2.0 wrote:wasn't a kubiak fan. although i realize that was sarcasm gpj, I'm a fan of players who aren't awesome. Browns snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Maybe with the help of occicials calls, but still.

I'd like to see them hire Gruden to get him out of the broadcast booth.

I was watching with my son and my young nephews. With four minutes left, I took time out from my celebrating to tell them that I guaranteed that the Browns would find a way to lose. Sadly, there was no way to monetize this, the lead pipe lock of the week.HDO45331 wrote:Browns snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Maybe with the help of occicials calls, but still.
