Re: Fantasy Football 2019
Had juuussst enough of a lead to survive facing Brees, Thomas and Mack. That was terrifying. The colts apparently started a defense that had zwipper at safety...

Finals Decisions:
Robinson II
Godwin (likely out)
E. Sanders
Brashard Perriman (Godwin's replacement)
Duke Johnson Jr
Room for 3.

Re: Fantasy Football 2019
If Godwin is out, then Robinson II and Perriman are no-brainers IMO. I'd probably go Sanders over Duke.
I'm just trying to decide if I'm going to split the pot or go for it all. At minimum I'll win $490 this year ($450 for second and $40 in skins) if I don't split and lose. If I win, it's $1100.. $775 to split. I was 100% sure I was going to split, but I feel like I have a great chance to win. Plus, it's my first championship appearance in 15 fucking years and I'd like to standby my previous years of calling those who split "gigantic pussies" as I make the payouts. What say you?

Man, Lamar is facing the Browns.
The extra money isn't worth the second guessing (and taunting) you'd experience if your team had won.

Re: Fantasy Football 2019
This is how I'm leaning. Right now it looks like Godwin won't play. Pretty hard to trust him even if he does, but that means Perriman is going to draw double coverage all day....

Re: Fantasy Football 2019
Made it to the finals in my law school league. 21 years, yet to win despite winning 7 straight division titles...
I don't need any free agents, but my opponent looks to be losing Godwin. He has McLauren on the bench, and Landry, who I wouldn't trust. I have $24 in FA auction money remaining to his $4. Do I pull a dick (brilliant?) move and bid $5 each on the best 4 WRs? I overthink this shit, and it would be my luck to take the 4 best, stick him with McLauren and Landry, and they both blow up and it costs me the game. OTOH, Brown and Perriman could be great starts for me.
My WRs are Devante Adams, Allen Robinson, Chark (back at practice, limited, from a sprained ankle), Keenan Allen and OBJ. I would have to consider starting either Brown or Perriman if I get them. I hate having to decide between too many similar options...
Not to mention, do I start Jameis if he is missing both Evans and Godwin? Didn't seem to effect him last week. I have Tannehill and Rodgers, but I Rodgers isn't a consideration.

You absolutely do that, IMO. That's the beauty of having some FAAB at the end of the year. The Sybian wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 10:39 am I don't need any free agents, but my opponent looks to be losing Godwin. Re: Fantasy Football 2019
Guy I'm up against in the finals has Haskins starting this week. (Started Eli last week and cut Kyle Allen to get Haskins)
My team:
Wilson
Mack
Miles Sanders
Mixon
Golladay
Amari
Gesicki (Miami)
Lutz
Bills (although I may start the Broncos vs. Detroit) - Any advice appreciated...
His team:
Haskins
Aaron Jones
Barkley
Mike Williams
Perriman
Parker (Miami)
Higbee (LAR)
Forbath (Dallas)
Redskins (vs. NYG)

Re: Fantasy Football 2019
Picked up Perriman and Brown, opponent tried to pick up Brown.
Now the dilemma, who do I start? 3 out of:
Adams, Robinson, Keenan Allen, Perriman, Brown, OBJ and Chark?

Which Brown? The Sybian wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 10:25 pm Picked up Perriman and Brown, opponent tried to pick up Brown.

I figure Adams and Perriman are locks, write off OBJ and Chark.
And my opponent picked up Mitch Trubisky for the start. If I had known he was around, I would have picked him up for the block.
Damn!
ETA: It's just Trubisky...

Re: Fantasy Football 2019
I forgot Will Fuller in there. Let's try this again.
I need 3 of these 4:
A. Robinson
Fuller (currently Q)
E Sanders
Perriman
Going to go ahead and rule out Godwin. He ain't playing.

If Fuller's playing, you have to start him against the Bucs.
ADVICE NEEDED: Bills or Broncos defence?

Lions give up more sacks and commit more turnovers than Patriots, so Broncos. Lions also more likely to be "quitty" than Patriots.

Yeah - I'm leaning Broncos. Get the feeling that they are a frustrated team ready to take it out on a hapless squad at home.DSafetyGuy wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2019 3:36 pmLions give up more sacks and commit more turnovers than Patriots, so Broncos. Lions also more likely to be "quitty" than Patriots.

AJ Brown. Robinson has been hot the past few weeks, can't see benching him, and I also can't see benching Keenan Allen.Pruitt wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2019 10:10 amWhich Brown? The Sybian wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 10:25 pm Picked up Perriman and Brown, opponent tried to pick up Brown.

Still have the Chubb/Ekeler dilemma. I'm thinking Ekeler this week.

Last one.
I've got the Minnesota Defense right now. Tough matchup this week against SEA away. Should I look at Chargers or Jacksonville or just ride?
