Birds don’t suck. They lack the necessary anatomical structures to do so.

Potentially could have been in the "Nature is Horrifying" thread, but it is awesome too.

Stepped out for a walk with my son, and my neighbor runs out the front door, telling us we need to see something cool in his backyard. We walk around, and he points out a doe and 2 newborn fawns laying down in a pile of leaves a couple feet into the woods behind his yard. He said he stood out there and watched, as the doe gave birth to the second fawn 20 minutes earlier. He saw the doe birth the first fawn several hours earlier. Stepped out on his patio for a smoke, and saw the doe struggling, realized it was contractions, and boom, baby deer. Last year, a doe was nesting 2 fawns under a deck 2 houses down from me. Every day, the fawn would lay down in the same spot most of the day, then the mother would come around dusk, and they'd all walk off. A few weeks later, the fawn were walking around with the mother.

Weasels love German Cars
https://www.wsj.com/articles/they-go-ab ... eatst_pos3
Weasel damage is the fourth most frequent cause for non-collision auto insurance claims in Germany. Last year, drivers here filed 198,000 claims for weasel-inflicted damage, a 42% increase since 2005. And that probably underestimates the carnage.

“We only have data from those insurers that offer a weasel policy,” said Henning Engelage, a spokesman for the insurers’ federation.

This snake has a tail that looks just like a spider to lure in birds...

A. That tail really does look a lot like a spider. Well done.
B. That is one dumbass bird. It gets hit by the snake and STILL tries to go back for the spider!
