How much do you think he could bench?
BFJ is the town wizard who runs a magic shop. He also has a golem that he has trained to attack anti-Semites.

Re: Fred Willard
He was always funny. Even going back to "Fernwood Tonight"
But to me, this could be the highlight of his career - at least it makes me laugh my ass off every time I see it.

Re: Fred Willard
This is still one of the best two minutes of concentrated comedy I've ever seen. First time I saw it, I had to pause and take a break to process it all, I was laughing so hard. RIP.

For a fair amount of time as an adult I thought Willard was herb from wkrp.
Ok probably young adult like early 20s.

I was a big fan of his, I watched all of his movies, not his personally but the whole genre of comedy.

Re: Fred Willard
Had a coworker who way overused it, and I laughed every time she said it. Usually at inappropriate times when discussing serious Homeland Security matters. Context made it work. Plus she was from an Iowa farm town and fit the bill, but had a wicked and biting sarcastic humor.
But back to Fred Willard, I loved him in everything. Always played the same character, but goddamn did he make it hilarious. I love that he looks like he is having the time of his life every time he is on screen.

I would not have gotten this without reading the ringer obit. Nice work for sure. One of those things you remember but it wasn't ingrained in my head.
