Send me your address and I’ll have a pizza delivered on her birthday.
I’m birthday buddies with Rass’s kid so I’ll take one too. Thanks.

Pretty pissed that with all of the brands/subsidiaries that McCormick owns I can't find one that lends itself to an "AB works for them" joke.

It was good! Nothing special of course, but I always thought Papa John's is a little stingy with their pepperonis, so this worked for me.

Baklava is top tier dessert hall of fame. Mediocre baklava is better than most well made cakes and any lemon dessert.

Shallots punch everything up. I make a quick vinaigrette with EVOO, Balsamic, kosher salt, and cracked pepper. I chopped up about a teaspoon of shallot and mixed it in, and now it's the perfect go-to.

The thread mentions this was pre-covid, he also takes time in the source video to oil cheese which then distributed through the closely congregated crowd.

You can't possibly eat that without a massive mess but, more importantly, there's no reasonable way to get everything in one bite.

Subtract the olives and I'm in.

Looks nothing like the "Italian" subs I had growing up in Boston, but it's definitely a really awesome looking Italian sub.

Never got the appeal of an italian. Too much going on, and it never adds up to more than the sum of its parts. I'll take the gestalt of the few basic ingredients in a banh mi or cubano any day.

I don't mind a sandwich that large so long as the buns are connected, similar to a large hot dog bun. Mind you, the roll better be fucking good, and not white bread like a hot dog bun is.

Close. I googled "Italian sub Revere Massachusetts" and this came up from a post in 2014:

From here: https://newdealfruit.com/ (I feel like this place was called New Deal Deli before.)

If I'm recognizing it correctly, it has the GABBAGOOL.

Here's a really good article that explains why Italian Americans essentially made up their own dialect, specifically around food.

Like, if you're in Italy and you asked mutzadell and gabagool they'd look at you like you were touched in the head.
