How many Swampers share an alma mater with a US President?

By my count:
Giff (Texas State)
Nonlinear (Michigan)
GoodKarma & hdo (Miami)

I must be missing some though.

My alma mater made a big deal about Biden attending their law school during the 2008 campaign.

Not a peep this time around.

Trump never even went to Wharton. He was in Penn undergrad, but never Wharton. He has always lied about that. Shocking, I know.

No Presidents graduated from my school, but Millard Fillmore founded it, and Erik Estrada graduated, so that's close enough.

Wash U has Peter Mutharika, the President of Malawi. Does that count? No US presidents.

If you count Duke (my MBA), I can count Nixon. Wooo.

Sure, that counts. I didn’t realize Nixon went to Duke for his law degree. I knew his undergrad was Whittier.

Well, if you limit it to the business school, which probably makes more sense, Duke can't count any presidents, but we have Melinda Gates and Tim Cook, as well as a number of other less famous CEOs.

Looks like he went to Auburn undergrad, so I don't get the SC connection. Oh, speaking of sports connections, Adam Silver went to Duke too, but for undergrad.

So should the rest of us take that as an insider thing that we're not cool enough to understand? Or is the point to spawn a guessing game?

Close but no cigar for me. Kamala Harris lived in Berkeley and got her law degree from the University of California. I also lived in Berkeley and got my law degree from the University of California.

But she was UC Hastings (in SF) and I was UC Berkeley.

Her first job after law school was in the Alameda County DA's office. A friend of mine started there a couple of years after her. I think they overlapped by a year, but he didn't know her.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
