District court rules that Trump personally must defend against E. Jean Carroll's defamation lawsuit, instead of passing the case to DOJ.

And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

The abandoning them in the freezing cold is rightfully getting all of the headlines, but the entire event was a cluster. One thing that stood out in an article I read first thing this morning was that (after they found someplace to park) attendees had to wait in line for buses, take a 1/2 hour bus ride, and then wait in line for admittance to the rally where they finally were given temperature checks before entering.

I wouldn't put up with that to see a band I love play (with maybe one or two exceptions). Can you imagine doing that to watch a demented old man yell at you for 30 minutes?

I mean, I've definitely been talking about COVID outbreaks among people that refuse to take any precautions is a solid "thinning of the herd" situation.

Shit, these folks keep talking up Herd Immunity. Fine, dumbfucks, go kill each other. We'll be over here getting curbside and delivery and watching Netflix.

Everyone that has any contact with Trump signs insane NDAs. While many of them probably aren't enforceable, everyone know Trump will make you spend a fortune in legal fees defending them.

Oh, I know. But given the hatred of this man, and the fact that some of them (I presume) must be out of the business at this point, it's pretty crazy that a story with anonymous sources hasn't come out.

We've had multiple stories almost every month chronicling how historically fucked up this WH is. Just kind of surprised no one from the TV era has found a way to put some shit out there.

Noel is a small enough fish that there is nothing to be gained by sending a libel suit his way, especially because it means you have to get into all the things he has alleged.

Actually, almost all of them are probably still in the business. I was working with one was over the moon to be working on a Mark Burnett show when he got hired in advance of the first season of "The Apprentice" (he stayed on for several seasons, including when the celebrity aspect was added). Never have asked him, a hard-core Democrat, how he feels about things in retrospect.

It will take you approximately ten seconds and, amazingly, it will reveal your all-time favorite movie. I did it in my head, then on paper, and finally on a calculator just to confirm my mathematical calculations. Each time I got the same answer, and sure enough, it is my very favorite movie...EVER! DO NOT cheat. DO YOUR math, THEN compare the results on the list of movies at the bottom.

You will be AMAZED at how scary true and accurate this test is:
1. Pick a number from 1-9.
2. Multiply that number by 3
3. Add 3.
4. Multiply by 3 again.
5. Your total will be a two-digit number. Add the first and second digits together to find your favorite movie (of all time) in the list of 20 Movies, below.

Movie List:
1. Gone With the Wind
2. ET.
3. Blazing Saddles
4. Star Wars
5. Forrest Gump
6. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
7. Jaws
8. Grease
9. The Donald Trump Resignation Speech
10. Casablanca
11. Jurassic Park
12. Shrek
13. Pirates of the Caribbean
14. Titanic
15. Raiders of the Lost Ark
16. Home Alone
17. Mrs. Doubtfire
18. Al Jolson Story
19. Wizard of Oz
20.Singing in the Rain

... Now, isn't that something?

Yes, super cool, relatable everyman golfer Jack Nicklaus understands. Trump is out there fighting for us! For the everyman! For people just like you, me, and Jack, who have an estimated career earnings of 1.15 billion dollars and a current net worth of around 300 million. The people's president!

Earnings of 1.15B and net worth of 300M sounds downright Trumpian.

"How he has said it has not been important to me" is going in the white guy privilege HOF.

That rat fucking loser bitch piss poor excuse for a human being Jack Nicklaus was a great golfer.

I mean I said he was a great golfer, how I said it certainly means nothing.

I think those earnings are likely buoyed by design firm earnings, much of which gets plowed back into the company and not into Jack's pocket. Tiger's percentage is much higher (1.4B and 800M) but so much of his value is generated in endorsements and image which don't require servicing.

I'm surprised this is a surprise. Golfers are mostly republicans. Heck, Tiger is almost certainly voting Trump if he's voting. His girlfriend is a registered Republican.

It's not a surprise that they vote Republican, the issue is making a public statement in support of the most reviled president in modern history.

Just cash your fucking check and shut the fuck up. Or, you know, do whatever the fuck you want, just know that a bunch of ppl that used to think highly of you no longer do.

It doesn't matter to the super rich, and that's a big part of the reason we're living this nightmare.

Gotta remember that Nicklaus (and Tiger) spend nearly all their time around rich old white men on golf courses. They have no real perspective on what it looks like to most of this country to publicly voice support for Trump. Everyone they know loves him!
