I’ve been forced to get in politics discussions at work over the last two weeks and I fucking hate it. Surprise surprise but at the manager level in heavy industry in the south there’s a ton of trump support. I’ve heard repeatedly that Biden is just a senile old man and the really scary one is Kamala who is “the most liberal senator.” “She’s to the left of Bernie.” Honestly it’s like being in a different reality.

Also getting close to being ready to punch the next person who says “Boy, I can’t wait for the election to be over so we can stop hearing about this corona virus.” Its fucking insane but there is a huge segment of the population that thinks it’s being over played just to hurt trump in the election. I have to calmly point out to them that all these other countries in the world that are also locking down completely and taking massive actions aren’t going to go through that just to help the us media take down trump.
