They were last year. And it's the current week on the schedule, so that's really the only option.

I think they're going to scrap the rest of the week, move it to WC weekend, and reset their policy in the meantime to fit the realities of Omicron.

Officially Tuesday.
How do you all get your death notices since I left?
Re: NFL Week 15...with bonus Fantasy Football Coverage, I'm Sure!
How Wentz only has (after throwing one tonight) 6 picks on the year is baffling. He's routinely throwing balls off of defenders every week. Very 2012 Nick Foles.

Because the Colts offense is extremely conservative and you can see why. That was a rare play-action on 1st and 10 with a 13 point lead in the 4th and Wentz threw a stupid pass.

Ha, if Taylor slides at any point the game is over. But a 70 yd TD run is tough to pass up.

How would the Colts offense being conservative have any impact on defenders repeatedly dropping interceptions?

When I see players on the COVID list,I picture them asymptomatic waiting for positive tests. Haven’t given weight to the possibility they are suffering a respiratory illness causing extreme fatigue that often has long term effects.

He’s past the 75% snap count, so we’re going to end up with a First Rounder. Still stunned at that.Gunpowder wrote: ↑Sun Dec 19, 2021 5:58 amdegenerasian wrote: ↑Sat Dec 18, 2021 10:41 pmBecause the Colts offense is extremely conservative and you can see why. The Saquon Barkley catch is worth seeing once or twice.

Dlineman just trucked Roethlisberger on a running play, just ran through/over him well after the handoff. No call. Tony said it was “close”.

Gotta feel bad for the Panthers defenders. They are good. But man, Cam Newton is sooooo bad.

So the spot was horrible for the Steelers in the first instance right? There was no way that was a first down for the Titans and I am a Titans fan... Cock and balls, the Titans have been hurt by injuries this season, it sucks so bad...
Re: NFL Week 15...with bonus Fantasy Football Coverage, I'm Sure!
Yeah that’s what I meant. I feel like yardage reviews can be pretty dicey but that one should have been a slam dunk.

Hey a positive NFL record by the Lions!
First time in NFL history a team with 1 or fewer wins beat a 10+ win team by double-digits

The pass that Lock threw to the Cincy bench was the best play he made all night

I don't get it. Baltimore's too good a team to have games decided on failed two-point converts

I don’t know. Your best case scenario is that Rodgers gets 40 seconds and a time out to get to FG range. Which he could probably do twice in that time.
Re: NFL Week 15...with bonus Fantasy Football Coverage, I'm Sure!
Ravens are 0-2 in end of game macho 2-pointers.
Best kicker in the game, why not go to overtime?
Analytics aside, they are currently out of the playoff seedings.

You guys realize they can lose just as well in OT like they did in week 1, right? Why is this such a huge deal?

If you can't stop him for 40 seconds how are you going to stop him in another quarter?

Chris Godwin is probably done for the season and well into next year too after that low hit. His knee just got blown up.

I also hate those hits. No idea how his leg is still attached and functioning.

Also the Steelers are one of the worst teams I've ever seen and their being 7-6-1 makes zero sense to me. They are a complete mess outside of like 4 players.

I really like Dan Campbell. I think the Lions have a shot to change the mentality of the franchise with him. He really does seem to care very much about winning. That shit matters.

I still don't like that call but if you're going to go full analytics and plan to go down this route, you should go for two on the first TD because if you miss that one you can still get the next one and be tied, but if you make it you just need the extra point on the second TD.

So the Saints defense facing Rodgers and Brady this season....give up 3 points combined.
When facing Sam Darnold and Daniel Jones.....give up 53 points.
The NFL is bonkers.

I somehow missed out of Cris Collinsworth’s doppelgänger son until last night. When the studio crew threw the broadcast over to him at one point he wasn’t on camera immediately and I had heard them say “Collinsworth” but the first name didn’t sound like “Cris” but the voice was exactly the same and I didn’t know what was going on until the finally showed him and it was obvious who’s kid he was.
