Boebert hasn't done a freakin thing other than embarrass herself. Like, she's accomplished nothing. I suppose that's the entire point to voting for her again?

I’m originally from her district (to my shame). I can tell you that at this point, it’s all about “owning the liberals”.

So was she an escort that had abortions or not?
Not that that would've done anything to change minds. I just want her to have to constantly answer questions.

It doesn’t matter…she is still going to win by 7+ points

"Owning the liberals" speaks to the 30+ years of rightwing media (Murdoch), as much as anything else.

Re: Random Politics
She only got 52% of the vote in 2020. So, unlike Marjorie Taylor Greene, it seems that she'd be vulnerable. But the districts were redrawn since then, so a lot depends on whether the Colorado legislature decided to put more Republicans in her district to strengthen the D hold on others.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
Re: Random Politics
Districting is controlled by an "independent" commission. Her district got stronger R in exchange for the newest district which is being called a toss-up...I haven't looked into it enough to see how it is actually going to go.Steve of phpBB wrote: ↑Fri Oct 14, 2022 11:05 amShe only got 52% of the vote in 2020. Wasn't really sure where to put this: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions ... ry-county/
As the piece states, the planning board in MoCo is a really big deal. This has been a fast-moving clown car on the way to a shitshow for about 3 weeks.
It's kind of/sort of adjacent to my job/organization (we also have a board of commissioners and they've been a real issue the last 6 months), but this level of shenanigans is pretty nuts.

If you were to vote for a county sheriff (which means way less in NH than other states but you never know) and the Democratic candidate was also listed under Other Candidates with a Libertarian label, what would you do? Assume no further research.

One of the sheriff's candidates from my county is named Massahos. I thought we had enough of those up here already.

Haven't the NH Libertarians gone completely around the bend? I'd say no vote for that one.

At first I thought this was in reference to getting back into your car while pumping but now I remember my experience in Bayonne.
(Also, don't get back into your car while pumping and ffs don't leave your car running.)

Honestly, if it was legit Biden's fault I'd probably begrudge these turds their pissy fit, but I didn't see any MAGA chuds blaming Trump when gas prices were high.

Meanwhile Republican Senators voted down Biden's proposed law preventing oil companies from price gouging so the chuds could continue to blame Biden.

Or that his policies helped us (at least vs Trump) get out of the major Covid pandemic, which led to greater demand for gasoline and allowed the oil companies to jack up their prices.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
Re: Random Politics
I was defending him in that instance. They want a Republican in, it has nothing to do with Biden or whatever other D would have held the office.

Re: Random Politics
Sure. That too. I regularly deal with people connected to the oil and gas business - they can't wait until the Republicans take over again.
