It's also my aunt's birthday and my niece's birthday.
(I'm her godfather in addition to uncle. She turned out to be a Subaru-driving lesbian hardcore nonreligious liberal. So I think I did okay.)
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

I always mentally paired Hill and Whiten, presumably because they both came up with Toronto, and they both had freak events. Two for Hill if you count the spider incident.

The only thing I remember Hill for is the spider thing. (he wound up on the DL from an injury caused by running in his sleep because he had a dream about spiders).

Is his name related to hills or mountains like every other so-far cited occurrence?

May 11 is also the day music legend Robert Pollard threw a no-hitter for Wright State in 1978.

It was his name on the paperwork when we got him from the rescue. Born as part of a litter in Alabama that all ended up going to a rescue, so I don't know if hills/mountains played any part in the naming process.
