21R4 - Blue 4 door Ford F-150, driven by a military dude.

'21R' is the Air Force Specialty Code for a Logistics Readiness Officer.

The '4' indicates a particular duty position of it.

Saw 3 or 4 on my run today but only remember this last one that was driving slowly up my street as I returned home, as if they were lost. One of the other ones was good (I think) but I'm blanking. Should have taken a picture.

I’m building up a list, assuming my voice notes are decipherable. But two NE license plate related observations in the meantime:

1. The common MA-style of 6 characters, usually grouped 3 3 or 4 2 constantly fools me into thinking every plate might be personalized.

2. The new RI plates with the tiny little wave are lame.
