It's VERY much still in the early stages but I think it's got a better shot than any of the other current options out there.

It is very slow to build (I'm following about 50 accounts right now, treating it much like my twitter account and not following tons of accounts) and I will say that one big plus is that when someone "undesirable" opens up shop, there is a widespread call to block them immediately. They lose engagement and split, keeping it "cleaner".

It is very slow, though, with very little happening (admittedly, a result of my choices on who I follow).
